Run Report: Hip is feeling much better today, and I think I would have been fine with my 2 mile plan, but last minute changed it to 1 mile of hill repeats on a short but super steep hill... It was kinda fun in a 'legs feel like jello' kind of way.

Next run I'll likely do the 2 miles I was planning for tonight.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The only time pain feels good is when you know it was from a great workout! Good luck with your two mile.

Jeez, I don't know how u handle the hills without gasing out. The trail I take is extremely hilly,(Is that a word?) going clockwise when u get to a certain section. That's usually when I gas out, about 1 1/4mile in.
