Here's the scoop; The day I had my son I weighted 202lbs! That was february of 2012. A week later I weighed 177. So there I was thinking breast-feeding was going to help me get back to my before baby weight... (140) SO did not happen! Instead I put on like 10lbs! I got a wake up call that day. I went on a cleanse and got down to 175. That's when I decided to start calorie counting and found fatsecret. so here I am on this difficult journey (of making sure I don't eat everything that looks good.)And so long to my "just one bite"s.
