So , i cheated for a whole week meaning not following my diet and exercising.
I used Memorial Day Weekend as an excuse.

Not happy about that but im back at the gym and watching my calorie intake..
Been losing weight steady.
105.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
