Thank you. It is nice to have the support. Over the last two years I have tried to lose the weight; however, it seems like I am getting bigger and bigger. I am going to follow the diary free keto diet. I already know that my body does not digest grains well. The difficult undertaking will be the sugar.

Welcome! I've spent the past few months reducing wheat and (trying) to eliminate sugar. It's working! I'm down 16 pounds since May and you can do it, too!

First, thank you all for the support. Just a quick update. The last two days were hard. I began the day eating the correct types of food; however, as the days progressed I still eat plenty of sugar/carbs late into the night. My sugar/carbs cravings are intense. Yesterday, I received the High Energy Instamix bulletProof coffee mix. My intent is to use this product to replace my morning coffee and cream. My understanding is that if I eat enough healthy fats the sugar cravings will diminish. Wish me luck!!

fasting a day or learning to do If FASTING which is not eating past your dinner and waiting 16 hours before having your first meal and only eating in the 8 hour window, works great for a lot of people, it will also very much reduce that needing to eat all the time the effect teachs you true hunger verus cravings and will help you get into ketosis. coffee itself with heavy whipping cream not just creamer will also help. fasting once you get past the hurdle of feeling like you are starving will level off and then have a healthy fatty meal ready for when you do want to eat. eggs with heavy whipping cream scrambled up with a bit of spinach. bacon lots of good fatty things you can have. most prepared keto foods have hidden sugar and preservatives so become a label reader. it is safer.

One of my greatest carb craving fixes was to take a slice of chedder cheese and spread butter on it. 10-15mins later sugar craving is gone. Sounds weird but it worked for me. Every time you crave carbs eat fat!
