Ugh, I am so tired of the yo-yo game the scale is playing with my weigh ins. I have been struggling to get back on track for a while and the numbers show it. I am thankful that I am staying in the 10 pound range of my goal but I am ready to just start maintaining already. The kids have been gone this summer and I have enjoyed more of the higher calorie adult beverages in their absence so that will help once they get back home, I'm sure. I am not an unhealthy weight any longer and I am thankful for that, but I know those last 10 pounds mean more than just health for me.
