I think the only reason I lost is because I have been sick this week ..I will take it but still need to lose a lot more but really struggle at losing normally lots due to my temptations . I am trying to do dirty keto but not sure if I should be counting macros or just carbs . Plus dont know how to count things correctly . Thanks for any suggestions on losing weight the right way .

keto is pretty strict there is not halfway points. You do need to measure, you do need to figure out your macro's and calorie reduction level for your weight loss. You also need to have balance between fat, protein and reduced carbs. (this is where your macro's come in) If you truly are thinking about doing this diet you need to study how it works and do a keto calculator work up. for me this is easy to do, it is a lifestyle and I have been doing it a while. It may not be what you think it is and not something you are happy to do. there are a lot of great diet plans out there
