Update on the blood platelet count.. it went up! Just needed to get off the diet. The good news is I’m maintaining, and I’m happy being able to eat pretty much what I want now because I burn so much during exercise.
63.2 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
