(8th week) still doing the yo-yo effect... 😑 not as bad as I thought though with me not recording my food intake this past week. I'm hoping I can at least get out of the 290s here soon!
134.5 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 66.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
