(4th week) 😒 I need to change something up cause what I was doing the 1st 2 weeks was working now it doesn't seem to be working...i see changes but not on the scale.
135.3 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 67.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
