Guyss tolong kasih saran atau berbagi pengalaman kalian biar makan bisa memenuhi tdee. Aku susah bgt ini😭 tdee ku 1800, aku mau makan di 1600, tapi rata2 aku makan itu cuma 1200-1400, jarang bgt bisa 1600. Aku tetep makan kaya biasanya, ga ada pantangan makanan apapun, nasi juga makan karna aku gabisa kalo tanpa nasi. Aku anak kos dan kurang bisa ngolah protein hewani (daging, ayam, ikan) jadi seringnya tahu, telur, tempe. Sayuran jg udah dibanyakin tp kan dia rendah kalori gitu. Nyemil itu buah2an dan itu kan rendah kalori juga. Jadi untuk ngakalin biar bisa menuhin tdee aku seringnya lauk2nya aku deep fried gitu biar kalorinya tinggi (dan kolesterol tinggi juga😭😭😭). Minta sarannya dong teman2 dan yg lainnya😭
