Just reset the RDI...again I am slow with technology. Anyway, the new amount should help with reaching goals and not going to far ov er on my weekends. I had some extra meat loaf tonight, I was hungry. I think that the week before my period I become a bit hormonally famished and seriously want, want, want!!!!!

had 2 parties over weekend. Went out of calorie range, but not near as bad as I could have. So I am not going to beat myself up. i have realized thought that I really am going to have to prepare and think about partying nights with friends. It is going to have to be a lifestyle change that I can get across without seeming annoying, in order to have foods i can eat available. The funny part is, everyone there talked about getting healthier...so there is hope for some change in our party ways!
