The change in my eating habits has improved. I've been eating a lot more veggies and fruit. I have a foot injury that is causing me to put off on fulling committing to the fitness part but I'm trying to make up for it in the kinds of foods I eat. I should be updating my food journal this week.

Today is Day 1. Took day off from work to get started. Today wasn't too bad as my first day. Working in an environment that promotes snaking and grabbing fast food often will be a challenge. I will have to fight hard to not be tempted and grab a slice of pizza or run to McDonald's for a quick #1 combo. I really have to give myself time to make my menu the day before.
