Tonight's workout. Treadmill only with a hydromassage to finish ;) I almost felt ill on the drive home, but I'll have some salmon & cream cheese and that will do me for the night!

SO! Last night I worked on triceps so I figured I'd work on quads tonight. Asked a guy at PF what machine I should be using and the "thigh squeezer" was the only one he showed me 🤨 What other exercises should I be doing to work my inner thighs? I have a funky knee sometimes and would really like something that doesn't involve being on my knees or having to get up off the floor 😉
