We just saw 'Skyfall', the new Bond movie at the IMAX. I got myself a small popcorn and thought I'd finish the whole bag but couldn't. I somehow don't enjoy "treats" I used to gobble up anymore!
Anyhow, if you like Bond movies, you might enjoy this one, however,Phil and I didn't think it was as brilliant as it was spun to be.

A young man entered the lunch room the other day. He's one of my new hires. He brought an ear of corn, and placed it in the micro-wave. He sat a small bag of nuts on the counter. Moments later he was dining on corn and nuts.
Jaime has been a Raw Foodest for one year. Instead of being a spindly waif, he glows with health. Since that day, we've had many delightful and insightful conversations about what makes us well and of course, what can keep us sick. I will be 54 years old this Saturday, just beginning to learn how to be well and I'm grateful to learn from a 16 year old.
Continuing to explore nutrition in a new way. I saw two films which I'd like to recommend. 'Food, Inc.' and 'Forks Over Knives.'

I often think about people who are unable to get food they need to be healthy and how insensitive it is for me to have over-indulged, in light of those suffering. This thought keeps me in check.

My body has been out of condition for YEARS. Today, I can feel sore belly muscles! This is a MAJOR accomplishment for me!
As an adult, even at my thinnest, (around 120 lbs.) my belly was never strong or tone. I'm convinced that the core exercise is the deliverance from the damage of years of inertia.
I recently began doing crunches strengthen my mushy mid section. I thought it the perfect personal challenge to accompany my new lifestyle.
I no longer count how many crunches I do. I just do them till I have to dig in to get those last ones in!
