Thats 5k cracked 🤗.... only the other 5k to add to it 🤔... steady does it I thinks... recovery day tomorrow and steady calorie intake, weigh in Saturday morning 🤤

Persisting down with rain 🌧, wind 🌪in your face.... forced myself out of the hotel room and on the road for 4.5k run..... soaked 😂😂😂
