Hi all.... been off FS for a just see if I can do it alone.... ermmm bit of a yes and no 🤣🤣 ..
only put on 4lbs, but i put that down to not being able to run (found a stump..in the forest.. fell arse over bum... twisted my left groin area.. ouch )...
Its great to see everyone I know still losing, which is great... i just need to get back to 11st 7lbs...

Well finally got my backside on the road last night with a 45min run... knew about it this morning 😲
Started to loose a little muscle tone around the middle... the old side handles started to get a bit bigger 🤣🤣🤣

happy days ... still losing! but that wasnt the plan 🤔... eating more than on the diet regime... cant work that one out lol..
