Good Morning, FSers!!
I got exercise in yesterday by 8:30 last night. I really hate it when I wait until the last minute!!! When that happens I think well, I guess I'm mixing it up a bit with the routine. That's what we're supposed to do, right? I did one of my walking videos and I wore 1 lb. ankle weights throughout the workout. I could feel it in my butt pretty good by the end.
I have to figure out when I will fit it in today too. So much to do. I let laundry go over the weekend and I have some catching up to do. I have to take my dad for a Drs. appt. today too. I am so worried about him. He's so depressed and not doing much at all. I know it's a progression of the disease. I just can't stand to see my dad this way.
I am not sure when exercise will be today. I will find time at some point to get that in. I really want to take my daughter for a hair cut today. Both kids are off school today. My son slept over at grammy's, but Amelia didn't want to. i think she might be getting sick. Hmmmm.
Well, not sure what's on the menu for dinner. It may be something more than I want, so it may be a Lean Cuisine for me.

Good Morning!
I am feeling better this morning. I have to admit it was a long day of standing and working on our catering for today. I did not get my exercise in yesterday. At least not in the conventional way. I was so tired I just came home made dinner and crashed on the couch. That would be the first day in a long time that I have not exercised.
Today, I have the morning and then I will go to the shop at 1:00 to start preps for today. I will get exercise in this morning and avoid another day missed.
On the food front I was well below points for a change. I found myself down a couple of ozs., this am . I am hoping to have a decent loss this week. We'll see.

Good morning all!
I am up early this morning. I have not yet had my coffee and I am thinking I will be doing exercise this evening/afternoon. I have to put the kids on the bus and go over to the shop to work on a catering with my MIL.
I had a great workout at Curves yesterday. This was followed by a stress filled day re: my dad. It's so hard being the only child. I wish I had some siblings to commiserate with. My husband is wonderful though. He helps my parents with so much. We spent the day over there. I really want to help them in whatever way I can. My dads situation is just stressful to mom and I.
Anywhoo, I then had to come home get something to eat and go to the funeral home with my mom for a family friend.
I think today should be less stressful. I am so glad that I have been exercising regularly. I know that helps tremendously with stress levels.

Good morning all you FSers!
I find myself down again this morning. I am almost to the 140's. Yippee!
I am off to Curves this am. Hubby is off today. He has to do some work over at my mom and dads and I get to take dad to the drs later today. Not sure what I can fix for dinner tonight. Hubby will be on his own. Hmmm.
I have really been enjoying apples lately. I love galas!! They stay nice and crispy and they are sweet. Yummo!
I wish we had that clothing exchange going. I'm not sure how it would work though. Any suggestions??

Well, I am up .3 oz today from yesterday. I drank my water yesterday. I really need to do that everyday.
Yesterday, I made some baked pork chops for dinner. They were yummy. We had a quick dinner and hubby and I ran off to the school for a PTO meeting.
I didn't get a picture of my pumpkin. I had taken it in the morning and came home to read my journal. I will be going back out next week. I will try to get a picture of all of the pumpkins then. It was fun!
I guess I will be doing some exercise at home today. I have to go to the school later.
I really missed the biggest loser last night. Bummer!!!
