Good Morning Everyone!
Well, I am still down this am. I am just makin' the 140's. I'll take it.
I have been getting lots of comments lately. Good ones though. That's always nice when someone notices, although, I don't know how to respond. I never know what to say.
I am still planning on getting in to Curves this am. I also want to stop at the store and get stuff to make some beef veggie soup. I have some leftover roast in the fridge. I thought I would make some up this evening.

Hello my peeps!!
I am sitting here trying to get warm tonight. There is a chill in the air and I can't seem to get warmed up today!!
What do ya say when the weather changes and it's cold outside, we get to exercising indoors and Kick it up a notch. That otta warm us a bit! What da ya say???
I got the exercise in early this morning. I did my video before it got to be too late in the morning. Yea !!
I have to take dad to the Dr. office tomorrow. I am hoping he will be up to going out for lunch before his appt. Hopefully it will be a good day for him tomorrow.
I jumped on the scale this morning and it showed me down a bit. Actually in the 140's. I am hoping it will stick for tomorrow ams weigh in. fingers crossed!!

Well, I guess I haven't made a journal entry in a few days. I have missed a couple days of exercise this past week. I am feeling really down about that and it is sheer laziness!!! I don't know what my deal was??!! I did make it to Curves this am. Yeah!! I need to get back into my routine of first thing in the am. Then I know I'm good to go, no excuses!!
I did manage to get a few things done around the house today. It needed it desperately!! I am not done yet, but I have to go up to the school tomorrow. I will get up early in the am and do my video and then get some more laundry done. I also have a meal planned for the crock pot too. I love it when I can plan my day out and get my things accomplished!!!
Hope you all have been doing well. I am however checking all my peeps journals!

Well, I too did not get exercise in my rountine yesterday. Unless you count lifting big bags of flour and sugar and so forth as lifting weights. Then I ran around the restaurant supply store aisles and in and out of a few others looking for proper containers for storage. Hmmm...
I have made the mistake of starting a really good book that is being passed around among my friends and that's all I can think about now. I had intended to go to Curves this am, but I think I will force myself to do my walking video this am. It is raining and I have laundry to catch up on and some cleaning. I will try to fit this in between chapters and I promised dad that I would take him out today. Oh yea, by the way the book is Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. There is a series of 4 books and I have just got started. I hope to get my work done today and not get sucked in so badly.
I WILL GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND DO MY VIDEO!!! Sorry, I had to promise that to myself. If I don't do it I fear it will be another day without planned exercise and I am already dissapointed that it didn't get done yesterday.

I was hoping for a bit more of a loss today. It was just a few ounces. I feel that it was a decent week and I only missed one day of exercise, which is a rarity for me. I must admit, my water intake is not what it should be though. I will try again to do better with that.
I walked on the treadmill last night while watching the biggest loser. For those of you who TIVO stop here.
I thought Shellay looked awesome!!!
Well, today is another busy day. I will be going in to work today. They needed an extra hand for this morning. We have 176 kids coming in to the office this morning for a tour. Then my Dr. takes them to McDonalds for a happy meal. (That means we meet up with the bus and pass out happy meal inside McDonalds and Burger King because this is such a big group of kids) We do this every year with 4th graders from different schools in the area. We show them about orthodontics. Wish me luck.
Then I will come home and we are making a run to Pittsburgh to get supplies for cookie season. My MIL and I stop the catering in December and only sell cookies. Last year we made 2000 dozen cookies. (that wasn't a typo) We start usually in November and take orders for cookies and my husband works in the hospital so many of them go out there. We bake for days and we have 6 freezers. It's a huge undertaking and we have two ladies to come in and help during this season. My job this year is to come up with healthy lunches. The good news is you are so sick of looking at these cookies that you are not really interested in eating them.
Dad called last night and wanted me to come over today and I said I couldn't. I told him maybe we would go do something Thursday. I felt really bad.
I am not sure when I will get exercise in this morning. I am up so early. Not sure why. We'll see how I feel after coffee.
By the way it's Hubby and my anniversary today. 14 years!!! No big plans for today. Maybe dinner out this weekend???
Sorry for going on and on today. I appreciate the fact that I can vent once in a while.
