Well I am still here
I have had a great fight with over-eating and won. I am feel very happy about my weight and how I am doing. I have freedom now that I never knew I had. I havem enjoying my body and life at 237 pounds. I am looking at myself in a positive way and loving it. I am working out about an hour a day. I plan on doing a hour a day until I get under 200 than stepping it up to an hour and 20min so on and so on. I am weighing myself friday morning. I am hoped to be 231 but I will be happy with any loss.

Food addiction is such a huge fight. You can make great food choices but when the same demons come up you eat. I hate eatting but I am always the person that over-eats. I want to lose this weight because it is holding me back and making not like what I see.
I am going to go on a spiritual 3 day fast. I want to find out why I eat the way I do. I want to be able to lose weight and keep it off. I am plan on walking 30 min for the 3 days and doing my general house-work and daily activies.
I am hoping to see a mental change in the next three days, seeing some scale results would be nice too.

I didn't do so well on my diet. I had a stressful night and grab the granola bars and popcorn to comfort me. I am not happy with myself but I did work out and 1 extra hour so hopefully I am back on track. I am loosely following the Atkins diet. I have not recorded a weigh in but i will friday. My goal is to get back on track and be more displine with my eatting. Everyone says dieting should be fun or a healthy choice, well I don't always fully agree with that.
You should make healthy choices but if you gain the weight by over eatting you, like me, you have to displine yourself into away of eating and being healthy. You have to train your body and mind to eat right and exercise. Stress is a big factor for me right now, it will be less of an issue when I have more help with the kids soon.
My friday goal weight is 235, I am actually 238 now so it losing 3 pounds. I think if I focus I can do it. My over-all goal is to be 145 and go from there.
I am going to move my work-outs to early morning instead of mid-day.
Looking forward to 235!
