had a friend in from out of town and splurged a little with adult beverages and tasty food that I usually don't eat. small gain but not as bad as I thought, had a killer shoulder and back workout and walked over 11k steps

Back to my high school weight and I'm over 30! Now, the daunting task of losing 40 more lbs .. eating right and exercising consistently will hopefully get me there by the end of this year. keep kicking @$$ all my fs friends !

small drop but at least it's something. I've been unmotivated to go to the gym in the morning cuz i would rather sleep in before work... but the gym closes as I'm getting off work so I really need to wake up and workout.

I feel like I've stalled. I walk a minimum of 10k steps a day and workout, ive stopped snacking on junk, mostly dried fruit or nuts, I feel like I eat in deficit but I'm still not dropping the weight like I feel like I should be and it's EXTREMELY frustrating.
