since I feel like some people think slow metabolism because of a very small calorie intake is a myth (and when I write something they tend to post circular arguments that don't make any sense whatsoever),have some sources, in case you want to educate yourself on the topic. I'm not commenting on people's posts to lecture them, but because a very low intake can be extremely unhealthy. It also makes keeping off the weight more difficult. Didn't eat how I planned to because trail mix with cranberries is just too goddamn delicious, but stayed under the 2000 calorie mark. I was a bit low on calories yesterday, so I guess that evens it out. A girl who hasn't been training for a while asked me if I lost weight. When I said "haha, I whish" she looked at me again and said, that I definetely lost weight. That's a very nice confidence booster on a meh day :)
I have to finish up my Intermediate Thesis until next Tuesday, so I'm pretty stressed out, but I'm still trying to take the time for training. I'm looking at an appartment on Saturday and have a job interview on Sunday. The thing I'm looking forward to the most, is seeing my boyfriend again (in two weeks) after two months of waiting :) Long distance relationship experience so far 0/10 would not recommend.

I ate soooo much last weekend. Also very unnecessary stuff I was not really enjoying. One day on the weekend should be enough. Let's see if I can do that while being stressed out, haha. Got up early today to get some things done, before I train. Let's go :) <3

I'm planning on being very good on the weekend, so I thought I'd eat up to my "maintaining" calories today, which would be around 2300 calories on a day I do sports (so my metabolism doesn't slow down too much and also because I had no energy today and everything sucked. Thanks depression). One thing I noticed that bothered me a lot was that I felt really guilty going over the 1800 border. Trying my best not to fall into a unhealthy mindset again :)
on another note: I shaved my neck, so people stop ripping out my baby hairs when we're sparring but it reaaally does not suit me, haha :D

for some reason I couldn't resist to step on the scale although I'm trying to avoid it ... Probably need to pack that thing away, haha :D
