I made today a good day and didn't let my anxiety get in the way :)
Since I'm saving money I'm eating a lot of potatoes, today I just added some spices and a little bit of oil and they were sooo delicious haha^^ Keep in mind, as long as you're in a caloric deficit, carbs will not hurt :) Potatoes are very healthy too (as long as they're not deep fried ...)

Got up early this morning and did some rolling and sparring. I have no stamina left after doing nothing for so long, haha :D
I'll probably die tomorrow ...
Got myself some apples and dates so I won't feel tempted to snack on my leftover sweets.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week

it's been two weeks since my last training. I feel completely and utterly horrible in my body. I also know that that will subside within a week of training and eating but eugh ...
As for the challenge: I didn't stick to the healthy snacks, there was so much sweet stuff from the tradefair still lying around and my self control can be really shit when I'm stressed. I'm planning on snacking on dates or apples during the next weeks when I feel like having something sweet.
I'm thankful for being healthy again, now I want to be happy again.

alright. Yesterday was the last day of the sweets tradefair and my cough is almost gone. The challenge starts in a few hours. Oddly enough I feel quite good in my body, although I lived off free sweets and baked goods the last few days and couldn't do sports for two weeks (can't go to the gym for another four days :( )
