Guess I can't go out for dinner over the weekends - even with extra exercise. I'd be happy to stay the same from Friday to Monday. Have had no alcohol in 2 weeks except for one Bellini on Friday night and then ate half my low-cal dinner. Not a happy camper today......

I wanted to see if my redoubled efforts yesterday paid off and yes, .4 lb, so that's good - just gotta keep on track (which will be hard this weekend! Eating out all three nights!!).

Ugh, only .2 - I knew yesterday would be bad......back to the gym today, tho! Anyone have tips for eating on the road? I guess I wasn't as savvy as I thought....sigh.

Today is "on-the-go" food day - probably not the best choices, but I tried. Will consume a bit more than I wanted to day, but I think I'll still be under my daily calorie goal, just not much exercise today either (other than tearing my hair out! Grrr Does aggravation count as exercise????) We'll see tomorrow what the scale has to say....
