I feel great today. I got my hair cut yesterday. A new look does wonders for your ego. I can feel myself and my body changing. I am eating well and exercising daily. I am going to cook some meals that fit within my plan and freeze them, I start student teaching in three weeks and I wont have time to cook. I am staring to eat more vegetarian meals. If anyone has any ideas where I can find recipes that freeze well let me know.

I've had a great day so far. I had a spinach omlette w/cantaloupe wedge for b-fast. I'm having a smoothie for lunch,and warm quinoa salad for dinner. I will have cantaloupe for a snack. I've already worked out, but may add more cardio later tonight. Losing slow and steady which is what I want.

I posed these questions in the forum sections, but did'nt get much of a response. Does anyone know anythinhg about bio-oil for stretch marks or tightening sagging skin without surgery?

Many thanks to all for your positive comments (you know who you are). I have had a hard time this past couple of weeks and it has really taken its toll. I am delling with it as best I can. I have started to prepare meals ahead so I can force myselfv to get something healthy down there are no fast food or any tpye of restaurants where I live so that is not an op[tion thank goodness.
I feel I am losing too rapidly, but my current weight could also be a factor in why I am losing fast also could be water weight. again thanks to all for your support.
