I'm doing well today. I have increased my caloric intake, but the exercise is pretty much the same. I don't think I will log in my food on the diet calender anymore because the food counts are different. I will just keep a food log on my own and give updates on my journal. I can keep a more accurate record by reading the label. I am going to make some meals to freeze so I will have something healthy to eat when school starts. I will also make a menu plan to follow.

I think I have an addictive personality. I tend to overdo alot of things. I feel I am over exercising. I am averaging 3-4 hours per day. It is probably too much. I feel great so I will keep it up for as long as I can. Does anyone else think this is too much? I have been following a 1000-1300 calorie diet plan which includes mostly whole foods. I have been logging in the foods I eat on the food diary provided on this site and I find the food list are not truly accurate. I make modifications with the foods and name brands so true calorie counts may vary(hopefully in my favor). I have been staying away from processed food as much a possible. I have not eaten any fast food, sugar, or candy for about three weeks. I am going to cook about three weeks of food and freeze it so I will have healthy alternatives to eat at school and when I get home. I have only encountered one problem with eating healthy, and that is my teenage sons eating the meals and snacks I have prepared. I tried to prepare regular foods for them, but they want to eat what I eat, so I have decided to just fix one set of meals. My husband will have to get with the program when he returns next year.

Hello All,
I hope your are doing well on your journeys to weightloss. Things have been going really well this week I have so much energy. I have been working out twice daily, and getting up early to do so. I don't know how this is effecting my weight since I have decided to weigh only when prompted by fatsecret. It has been extremely hard to do since I normally weigh daily. I will update on how my love/hate relationship with the scale goes.
