bekal makan siang.tetap full kalori.karena tubuh butuh nutrisi.dada ayam di bumbu garam,lada,bawang putih bubuk,tahu panggang dengan 1sdm saos sambal,sambal bawang tanpa minyak,tumis tanpa minyak pakcoy dan wortel.total sekitar 450 kkal
