I had a horrible evening yesterday. I didn't make it through the day.
I reverted back to an old habit that causes me a lot of pain. I guess I thought i could forget home matters. I don't know...I really disappointed myself. I really needed to be honest with myself too, no matter how much it hurts to see those numbers.
I'm not giving up....
I hate looking at that number........

Despite the events from this weekend, I tried not to let it get me down.
I'm home now away from all temptations and I think this week will be just as good. I have just got to get through today.

Yesterday was a good day but hit a low end towards the end. Just too emotional. It didn't cause me to eat anything just was a bad family day.
I still fell down about it today. Hope it doesn't affect my decisions today.

Yesterday was a good day!
I didn't need those cookies but oatmeal cookies are not that bad.
Today will be a great day. I hope to get to the gym later and then work out with my brother. So far the weekends are looking better since I chose to weigh in on Mondays. It kind of gives you a reason to do better on weekends if its before your weigh in than after.

Today was a very hard day concerning temptations. I drove up to the drive-thru at braums but didn't get anything. If the car line wasn't long I probably would have caved.
I'm glad I didn't.
I was prepared and ate the lunch I brought instead but only ate half.
I was doing good till I got home and ate some chocolate. I'm not even that big of a fan. Now that I researched the calories in the chocolate, I won't be eating that anytime soon!
Still under my calories but too much sugar.
