I didn't do as good as I thought I did. I guess Monday madness caught up with me. I hope to do much better this week! Sometimes its how you feel rather than the number on the scale.
I'm going to challenge myself this week to stop eating fast food! Its proven numerous times that it does me no good!
Oh I did do over 3000 steps today! Lost count because I was day dreaming while walking. Had a good workout with the bro and a good talk!

I missed my journal from yesterday.
Yesterday was quite a work day. I didn't make it to the gym but I got more than a work out repairing things around the house, repairing a fence, and repairing the deck. I hurt today!
Yesterday was a good day nonetheless!

Today was an excellent day! I did 3000 steps today and workout with my brother. I feel good! I ate well even got a chicken sandwich in there!
I believe this will be a great week! Going to gym tomorrow morning and hopefully get in a couple hours of cardio and weights!

Today was a very good day! Despite the headache!
I need to get more sleep instead of staying up watching hulu and netflix!
By the way, which are awesome!
A new thing I'm going to monitor is my carb and sugar intake!
I watched this very interesting movie called Fat Head! Its about this guy who lost 12 pounds in 30 days eating nothing but fast food. It was more about proving Morgan Spurlock wrong.
Basically he was on a low calorie/low carb diet. He tried to keep his carb intake under a 100g
Carbs are especially bad for diabetics.
Was almost tempted today to go to Chick-fil-a...close one!
Those sandwiches are 410 calories!! Crazy!
Anyway....Good Day.

Today was a good day. I'm glad to be on track! I actually can't wait till this weekend to get a good workout at the gym! I even did some tall walking at the office. I got in 2500 steps. I would like to get one of those body bugs so I can monitor it all day. I even did some pushups! On my knees but nonetheless I was surprised to get in any at all.
The light weight training is helping!
