Today is weigh in. I am a little apprehensive considering the week I had, but I am gonna go !! I won't be able to stay for the meeting (my son is in a play and has baseball) but, it only takes 5 mins to weigh in ..... so I will at least do that.
Still have not started working out yet - Just can't seem to muster to motivation yet. They say it should be warming up very soon so, maybe that is the motivation I need? My husband of course has already started !! He feels great and looks great !! You think that would motivate me??? NOT!! haha

Ok - bad dinner !!! Went over my points for today :( ... Had a good start to the day but finished on a very very full note !! Gonna start a fresh new day tomorrow !! It's really hard to stay focused that "time of the month" ... I get so hungry and tired !!! I'm not a sweet/sugary person, but I love the salty stuff !!! (hence the bag of pistachios I was trying to inhale last weekend) ... I guess I'm gonna have to find an alternative???? NEW DAY NEW START !!!

Ok - I actually did it !!! I lost 5.8lbs!! (over a 2 week time period) But, that is still over 2lbs a week !! I am sooooo happy!!
This week I plan on working out. My husband and I went and got a gym membership....now I just have to get there and get started !!
Not sure what to do? If anyone has any tips on where to begin it would be greatly appreciated !! Not sure if I should just start with cardio or also start muscle toning????? HELP!!! (remember I am just starting out so be gentle !!! LOL!!) Hope everyone has a marvelous week !!!

Today I weigh in !! I skipped last week (won't happen again). I weighed myself at home and it said I lost a pound ??? Not sure how (I don't think I did very well) ... But, I hope the weight watcher scale agrees with my scale !! LOL !! I do very well during the week but, on the weekends or at a party I seem to not make the best choices!! I have a great support system but, still seem to have weekend issues!! I probably lost a pound cause my friend took away the 1 pound bag of pistachios I was trying to inhale Saturday !!! (thanks Jessie).... This Saturday I am going out with some friends for lunch (to a place with not the best choices) ... but, I am going to make a conscious effort to make the best choices!! Hope everyone has a great week !!!
