Had a really bad day !!! Made bad food choices !! and went over my daily points but, not all my extra points. The funny thing is I didn't even eat that much !!! Now I feel bad and bloated !!! It amazes me that one day of bad choices can make me feel soooooo lousy!!!! Tomorrow is a new day with new and better choices !!!!
I did manage to get in some activity today..... We had a pretty nice day considering how it has been .... around 50 and partly sunny...When my Husband got home from work we played outside with the kids for about 3 hours !!! So, that's at least positive for today !!
I don't want to let my team down !!!
(GO EXPLORERS!) So I promise to get more focused and stick to my mini challenge for the week.......
On to a better day and a new start !!!!!

The Easter Holiday was nice. Kids had a wonderful time at their grandparents !! I did pretty good @ dinner - ate alot of veggies !! and had a small piece of ham. (Which is huge considering it is my most favorite holiday meal!!) However, had to may cranberry and vodkas !!! I had 2 1/2 and they cost me 5 pts. a pc!!!!! oh my !!! Won't do that again anytime soon !! so having 12 1/2 point on alchohol was soooooo not worth it !! I weigh in tomorrow so, I am really going to workout hard today !! (have to keep Babu movin along !!) Gonna dig out an old exersize DVD I forgot I had plus do some walking !! I will record all my activities later tonight for the challenge !!! GO EXPLORER'S !!!!! U are doing AWESOME !! keep it up!!!

Did fairly well this week (a couple weak moments - which included a butterfingers attack!!) but, overall did well .... Lost another pound and a half !!! woohoo !!! The Around the world challenge has started and I am excited!!!!! Good luck to everyone (especially our team) LOL !!! Have a great Easter !! Looking forward to a lighter 6 weeks !!!
