Finally! It's taken 11 days, but I finally lost a pound. I'm just going to hope that the slow weight loss is due to muscle build up and period bloat, and that more will be coming off soon. I feel great, anyway. I can't believe I ever allowed myself to stop exercising! I feel much more focussed and alert, and my cravings for junk food are almost nil. Now if only I can rework my sleep schedule so that I'm in bed before 2 am (the snackiest time of the night)...
