really struggling the last few days...timing not so good as I have a blood test tomorrow and I was hoping to have much better numbers. I am in prayer and by HIS grace I will get a handle on all of this. Thank You Lord for all you do.

Whew....the last few days have been tough, I have been going through a lot of emotional stuff and unfortunately falling back into old patterns of trying to eat them. That has never worked so why I think it will now is beyond me. I think today I will take a day away from home to try and clear my head and emotions. Probably a good day for fasting and prayer.

Today is a beautiful glorious day and I Praise the Lord for it. I am feeling upbeat today about all my life changes. I have had a few challenges and will have probably a gazillion more but that is just the way life is. I am so happy to be alive and working toward becoming the me God made me to be. I think some of the reasons I back slid when we moved here is that I no longer had a goal. I had achieved it and had done nothing about making a new one. Now however I have new goals and hearts desires that I will strive to accomplish and with God's guidance I know there will be many new goals added along the way. THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR GRACE AND LOVE!

Had fun out with my oldest son today as we were celebrating 33 years ago today I adopted him....whoo hoo fun time today. Not feeling so great tonight but this to shall pass. Had a great weigh in feeling great about that. Thank You Lord for this awesome day.
