weight stayed the same however my feet are a little swollen. I forgot my meds yesterday so that may be part of it however I did not go up. I am not able to get any exercise in before I head off to work. I will definitely need to do some tonight. falling behind on some of my work though so that is taking extra time. Need to remember to take time for me (even if it is to exercise which I don't like doing.

ok, did not do my exercise yesterday. I have not been sleeping the best so I end up falling asleep in the evening and then wake up at 3 or so in the morning & can't sleep. Going to try taking advantage & going on the treadmill soon to get some of it in early.

Up today however I know I did not exercise and my food choices were poor because I was tired. feeling good today though & have already been on the treadmill. Heading into the office now

Had another good day with more water loss. I know that it will get harder once I have gotten rid of the excess water however will take it one day at a time. Had to force myself to get on the treadmill last night but glad that I did. let's hope for another good day today
