The scales stays stuck however I did notice that the amount of body fat is going down so that is good. Yesterday I did not get home from work til 8:30 and I was asleep by 9 so I did not get any exercise in. I feel much better today so hopefully I can get some in although again it will be late as we have a social activity after work which means it will probably be about 8 again and then I will still need to have supper. Glad I am not exhausted today.

Weight stayed the same. I did not exercise yesterday. Long hours for work & then spent time talking to my daughter. Good news is that her MRI is clear. Yesterday was my parents anniversary and we are coming up to the 1st year anniversary of my Dad's death. Mom has been gone for 18 yrs. Maybe that is in the back of my mind and pulling me down a bit. Good news is that the weight did not go up. I will try to get going a bit. Was going to try to do some exercise before I head into work but running out of time. Will try to do some walking tonight. Also can't find the small weights that we have so will have hubby take a look for them while I am at work.

Ok, I am not going to get upset however I am up 1 lb today. I walked 5 k on Sun and 3 k yesterday and did not eat any bad foods. My feet are not swollen so don't think it's water. Hopefully tomorrows results will be better.

Despite my 5k walk, I did not lose any however Mary Brown's did me in. I know that is one of my usbands favourite fast food places however I am glad that it is not that close to us as the choices there are really not diet friendly. Oh well, on to today. Also not going to be able to get my exercise in this morning so I MUST do it tonight.
