I guess it has been a while since I weighed in, golly, looks like I have done okay for myself. To be honest, I have lost 24 lbs since January, on the Atkins, but sometimes still eating the things I shouldn't, but I think I am getting better at resisting and at least paying attention to what I am eating. I am trying to eat more clean all the time.

OMG, my boss and co-workers don't make it easy for those on Atkins. Bagels and cream cheese at the weekely office meeting this morning..... I was good and didn't even have a bite:)

Kind of went off Atkins for the past few days, however, didn't gain any weight, in fact lost some. Yippeee!!!! Back eating correctly today, however.

Did good, then got the flu, didn't eat so well according to the Atkins plan, but still lost weight. Going back on induction
