jejum prolongado pra balança poder mexer. a gente vai envelhecendo e quem já tinha o metabolismo lento fica ainda pior.
Mas eu me dou bem com o jejum, o ruim é quando volto a comer que não consigo ficar sem o carboidrato, já que sofro de ansiedade e ele me conforta. É o tal descontar na comida.

a luta tá grande com jejum, lowcarb e tudo certinho. Mas o período menstrual trouxe junto retenção de líquido. preciso começar uma caminhada diária, mas confesso que o calor tem me desanimado.
