Family. Grrrrr.
They should be - as am I - supremely thankful that we have no spare tomato beds in the garden.
(If anybody actually gets the reference .. well done, you! ;) )
Back to eating properly and allowing my brain to discard those little piddly things that keep one awake at night.

Well heck. Forced to eat more than my daily allotment of chocolate because for some odd reason I had a really bad "low".
Given that my insulin "needs" have been virtually zero over the past few days it's probably time to call my Doc and talk about the whole thingy.
Yay.

Sometimes I get the urge to blurt out inappropriate things.

YOU GUYS!!!!
Lookit this! This is what I changed:
Workout
20 mins moderate walking in the morning
and either
20 mins moderate walking in the evening
or
15 mins of resistance band training (for beginners - trust me lol )
Food
Eating more good fat
Eating fewer carbs, and trying to eat the better carbs.
