I had a 4 day weekend and was back to work yesterday. I have really gotten side tracked not being at home and in my routine. I gained a little while I was on vacation, but now I am back to recording everything and I'm going to spin class tonight. I hope the scale doesn't scare me this friday for my weigh in. It's so easy for me to get unmotivated. I am really not motivated to go to class, but I need to go! So, I better get my butt in there! Hope everyone is having a great day so far!

I've been feeling so accomplished the last few days. I have been trying not to focus on the scale and just focus on how I feel. I also just realized today I had buddy requests. Yay! I can use all the buddies and help I can get! I hope everyone has a fabulous day!

I had such a crazy day! I came home and was sooo hungry. I ate a whole slice of red velvet cake! I normally just eat 1/2 a slice after dinner if I have a sweet tooth, but today I ate the whole thing and never looked back. I will be so glad when this cake is no longer in the house it has been so tempting. Overall I've done really well and the cake has been in the house for a week and a half. I don't eat it everyday either so that's a positive thing.
