just getting over a giant PITTY PARTY for myself. had a terrible week, just started eating junk and it carried on for my whole work week. i knew what i was doing so i can't say that it was mindless. i didn't want to go to my WW meeting on thrusday and thought "i hell, i'll get back on program and weigh in next thrusday" but i sucked it up and went, knowing that if i miss a meeting, it's easy to miss two then three and before you know it all hell has broken loose and i'm off completely. did go and work out with nick yesterday, which i didn't want to do either and had a great and fun work out. a little bit sore today, but it was just what i needed, plus darlen's help and her motivation, and of course all the great people at the meeting.

ate out yesterday for elizabeth's birthday lunch. she choose elephant bar and grill. omg all the food looked great and from eating there in the past i know that it is good. i was temped to just eat what ever i wanted, but then a calmer head took over and, i ordered the salmon roll with noodle soup and a garder salad to start with. yummy....the ginger dressing was really good and the side of the side salad is huge, 2 points for the dressing. the salmon roll was tempura fried! yikes, should have looked closer at the menu and asked for it not to be fried, but the soup was wonderful, chocked full of yummy veggies, hot and salty. so i feel like i did well, ate great food and stayed on program reasonalbly well. elizabeth had most of the noodles (she's a noodle feind!) and had the chicken kabob. drank all my water, even got and bought a bottle at the mall and we wlaked all over the mall shopping for elizabeth's birthday gifts. mom had a great time. have to work a half a shift tonight 0100-0700 :((((((( going to the gym with steve today. a little sore though the shoulders and arms from working out with nick yesterday.so i'll do my carido and lower body work out. i little bit at a time, day by day, hour by hour and sometimes minute to minute!

woohoo! a great week. followed points, exercised and am down 2 pounds this week. oh course i always want more but i know that in the front part of my thinking brain that 2 pounds is awesome, because it is 2 pounds of ugly fat gone in a safe and healthy way. got my sorry butt up the gym today at 0600 and i felt great! meeting today was managing the up coming superbowl parties. lots of good information but mostly review, and i have to work on sunday so i'm safe from all the buffalo wings and nachos......unless they're brought in to work that night! YIKES!! but at least i'm safe from the beer! lol

weigh in tomarrow!! woohoo.....looking forward to the meeting as usual, i love my leader and the group of WW members that attend. i feel like i did well and stayed on track with my eating, also had 16 activity points and am going to try for 4 today after i wake up from my nap. a couple of the girls that work at the gym line up their fruit at the desk so i tried that this week at work too. so every time i had the munchies or needed a snack i grabbed a fruit and had that in stead of the various other junk that usually is around the nurse's lounge. well.......off for a nap now and back to my real life, and sleeping nights next to my hubby instead of listening to whinning women...lol :)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

REDEMPTION!! lol...did well last night after my fall from grace yesterday afternoon. i had 10.5 points to play with at work so i doubled up on the fresh fruit, veggies, and took some boiled shrimp to have with my salad. added a 2 point yogurt to get me over the 4am slump and only went over 0.5 points for the day. i must say that i am very proud of myself. first of all for stopping the binge in mid (bite?) swing and then tracking all that i ate (owning up to it) and them planning within my point range to stay on program for a full 12 hour night shift. woohoo. now if i can only get some activity points for today. well off to bed to dream of a fit me!~rebecca
