bb awal sebelum mengenal diet 83
lalu kenal diet dan begitu pentingnya olahraga bb ke 67.(baju hitam)tanpa makan yg manis"tepung, dan nasi.
baju putih tahun sekarang tanpa olahrga karena sibuk kerja dan makan kotor. pengen deh displin lgi.
