살이 빠지고있긴한데 인바디 재보니 근육량이 10프로나 빠졌다 살빠질때 근손실 크다더니 진짜구나....헬스하시는분들 단백질 섭취너무 많이하는거아냐 생각했는데 그리먹어야되는구나 싶다 늘 먹던식단에서 계란흰자추가하고 프로틴도 사먹어야겠다 유튜브에 비타민신지니 운동 추천~~☆
