Need to get refocused! Just had company for the week and spent a lot of time preparing foods I don't normally eat. For myself I find if I "give in"for a day all my old cravings return full force! I did have both healthy options but still took one too many bites of the wrong food. new day new start!

Yesterday I fell into a mindless eating trap. This is where you get distracted and end up eating a larger portion of something you wouldn't normally eat- the scary part is I wasn't even aware I was doing it until someone pointed it out!!! Thankfully I stopped myself but old habits are hard to die..
