Lately I have been getting more compliments about how I look once I got back down into the 260s. I hope they continue to come in as I progress in my weight loss. Its nice to hear that my pants and jeans look like they are fitting more loosely then before.

Finally been able to get on the bike to exercise a little. just twenty minutes just to get things going. I have decided to run in the Warrior Dash in September so I have to start training for it now in order to be able to complete the course. I was to be able to run the entire thing I know its a long shot seeing as I havent ran in a long time but I think I will start doing a little jogging around town late in the evening just so that it isnt a million degrees out. No weight gain but no weight loss either. The positive is that I am feeling better during my day and that I am not tired during my work day. Also my pants are fitting alot more loosely then normal so that means my waist is shrinking regardless of my weight loss.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

This past weekend I got back from my trip down to visit my friends from College. I went off my diet but still kept things within reason. I only gained 4 pounds so its not all bad. This week my focus is going to be losing those 4 pounds plus an additional 3-4 just to make up for my little cheat weekend.
Also I was thinking about changing my diet to what my friends are on and that is the Slow Carb diet that can be found in The Four Hour Body book that they lent to me. On of my friends has already lost 55 pounds and from what I read it's just like Atkins just with one free day a week where you can eat anything that you really want. This is done I guess to reset your Metabolism so that you can lose more weight that coming week.
