After becoming an Uncle 9 months ago I decided its about time I get in to better shape so that I will be able to chase around my nephew once he gets older. I started Atkins last week on the 17th of May. So far everything is going well. Hopefully once the weight starts to come off I can finally start doing the things that I once enjoyed before being overweight.
