Saw a personal trainer for the first time today, as part of a 3 session promotion they were doing when I signed up at the gym. I was nervous going into it (mostly due to my shyness) but I ended up really enjoying it! He was super friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Once my third session with him is done I am going to see what his rates are, and if they are manageable I may keep him. I'm feeling really good today!

Though I was a bit hungry at the end of the day, day 1 seemed to be a success. I'm pretty confident i can keep this up!

It's day one. Today begins the calorie counting. The gym participation. Also I received a Plexus 3 day trial thing, which even if I don't decide to actually purchase it I'm hoping it will accelerate my weight loss and give me a little extra determination. Today begins it all. Wish me luck!
