Just another maintaining of my weight this week but I am incredibly happy about it! I didn't really workout or watch my eating this past week, not to mention a bit of alcohol consumption, so I was expecting to have gained! Getting back to my good habits this week so hopefully I'll get back to seeing some progress.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

So whenever I try to stay losing weight I usually set my goals in even, ten pound increments. Now that I'm serious about getting in shape, I can finally say I've hit my first goal! Under 160lbs! stayed of a about 172, which puts me about 15 pounds down so far. Needless to say, I am quite excited and proud of myself for sticking to my plan.
