I had a few more calories this evening and feeling much better for it, trying to really push the envelope on cutting calories. I'm liking switching back and forth between weight training and intense cardio, so far so good.

I was walking through the dark valley last night. Today will likely be a challenge too as I'm trying to go at this pretty hard for Lent. I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired...time to get'r done.

Well I've just started adding back in some modest weight training, so I'll be monitoring the effect that has on things for me. I put on muscle quickly, but I'm also trying to really pare down my calorie intake, so this is a new experiment.
