Well Cthulhu has had it with tracking weight and diet fads, no more, no how. I'm committed to a moderate approach that balances eating for health and eating for pleasure.
As a man one of the primary measurements of health is the measurement of your belly, so that's what I'm going to measure my progress by. The other thing that matters is total cholesterol divided by HDL, and keeping the ratio under 3 to 1.
No more fighting with cravings, no more yo-yo, no more falling off the wagon. Everything I do will be sustainable and things I would be happy to see my children emulate all their lives.
