Guess I spoke too soon yesterday...down 1.5 lbs this morning finally. So at least I'm back to where I was on 4/5. 6.5 more lbs to go to reach my goal!

Scale is stuck again. It seems the day I hit 127.5 was a fluke...I have fluctuated between 128.5 and 129 every day since but haven't been able to break 128. I feel like I have been here before...every time I hit this weight zone, I plateau. I have been quite diligent in terms of my eating...obviously I need to shake things up somehow to make the scale move! Just have to keep trying...
