My trigger foods are anything to do with nuts, nut butters, roasted, raw, anything you name it. I am the most intense nutaholic I know.

Yesterday I posted about calorie intake and learned so much from everyone. I have been inspired to reduce my intake to 1800-2000 a day and see how it works. It is such a blessing to have such a supportive community. Wishing you all a great day and shine bright <3

Good Morning Gang!
It's great to be alive. Dreaming has been so intense that I am not sure whether I am still dreaming or not upon rise.
Released 2 pounds since yesterday and 18 more to go. It's nice to be on track. Love you all and have a great day <3
